Senior Sous ChefFull Time

Salary: £37k-£39k plus tips
Driving License Required: Preferred

Our award-winning, fresh-food led, riverside pub-restaurant is looking for a right-hand man, or woman to help our head chef lead and run our kitchen team.
You should be qualified to a reasonable level, have good experience of working in commercial kitchens, creating new dishes, working to margins, managing staff, overseeing systems, and of course producing and serving fresh food in an efficient and timely manner.
After some settling in we will want you to be able to cover for the head chef when he is off and we will expect you to bring passion, good cooking skills, a hard-working attitude and be able to work under pressure. We will also expect you to make significant contributions to ideas for new dishes to add to our regularly changing daily menu. https://theboataterbistock.co.uk/daily-menu/ As part of your package, you will be paid a cut of the profits every month, so that the busier and more successful we are, the more you will earn.

Given our ruralish location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
