Our award winning, fresh-food led, riverside pub-restaurant is looking for an experienced senior chef to help lead and run our kitchen team.
You should be qualified to a good level, have excellent experience of working in busy commercial kitchens, managing staff, creating new dishes, working to margins, overseeing systems, and of course producing and serving fresh food in an efficient and timely manner. Leadership skills will be critical.
After some settling in we will want you to be able to cover for the head chef when he is off and we will expect you to bring passion, good cooking skills, a hard working attitude and be able to work under pressure.
