Junior Sous ChefFull Time

Salary: £29 - £32k plus excellent tips and staff discount.
Driving License Required: Preferred

Due to an internal promotion, our award winning, fresh-food led, riverside pub- restaurant is looking to add to its team of chefs. The right person will be paid a good basic salary, plus profit share plus excellent tips.

You should have good experience of working in commercial kitchens producing and serving fresh food and be qualified to a reasonable level.

After some settling in we will want you to be capable of running the pass on quieter sessions and we will expect you to bring passion, good cooking skills, a hard working attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Given our ruralish location it would also be best if you have access to your own transport!
