Our award-winning, fresh-food led, riverside pub-restaurant is looking for an outgoing, bright individual to join our management team of four.
Typically, we expect that you’ll be experienced in all aspects of bar, cellar and waiting service and ideally will have held supervisory positions and done cashing up before. However, although it would be helpful, we don’t expect you to have experience developing menus and wine lists, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, or property management in general; these are things we can teach you over time. Once up to speed we will expect you to be capable of running shifts and locking up on your own. As part of your package, you will be paid a cut of the profits every month, so that the busier and more successful we are, the more you will earn.
Given our ruralish location, it is essential that you have access to your own transport.
